WMRSD Furniture Disposal Sealed Bid Auction

The White Mountains Regional School District Maintenance Department is conducting a sealed bid auction of unused, surplus furniture.  Please see information below in regards to the conditions of bidding:

Bids:

Each bid sheet must be placed in a sealed envelope.  Envelopes shall be clearly marked with the words, “WMRSD FURNITURE SEALED BID”, followed by the bidder’s full name.  Each bid envelope shall be received at SAU 36, 14 King Square, Whitefield, NH 03598 by 11:00 a.m. of bid closing date.  All sealed bid envelopes will be time and date stamped upon physical receipt.  In the event of tied bids, the winning bidder will be the bid that is received first.  All bids shall remain sealed until after bid closing date and time.  The White Mountains Regional School Board reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids.  Bidding opens Wednesday, June 12, 2019 and will close Friday, June 21, 2019 at 11:00 am.  Late bids will not be accepted. 

Item Condition:

All items advertised by the White Mountains Regional School District for sale by bid are to be sold AS-IS.  The White Mountains Regional School District shall strive to make its best effort to assist interested parties in obtaining information about each item for sale, however, the White Mountains Regional School District makes no warranty for condition of equipment nor accuracy of the item description.

Terms of Sale:

The successful bidder shall be provided a written Notice of Award within 10 business days after the bid closing date.  The successful bidder shall make full payment in the form of a cashier’s check (no cash or personal checks will be accepted).  All checks must be made payable to the White Mountains Regional School District.  The winning bidder must arrange full payment and pick-up of their item(s) within 10 days of the Notice of Award.
