WHITE MOUNTAINS REGIONAL SCHOOL DISTRICT 

PRESCHOOL PRE-REGISTRATION 

FOR SCHOOL YEAR 2025-2026 

Preschool – For the 25-26 school year, WMRSD will be offering a three year old and a four year old option for children who reside in SAU 36 and are three or four years old before September 30, 2025. 

A Three Year Old Program will be held at Lancaster School for any student who resides in the school district, Monday through Thursdays from 7:45 am to 2:25 pm.

Four Year Old Programs will be held at both Whitefield (children who reside in the towns of Whitefield, Dalton, or Carroll) and Lancaster (children who reside in the towns of Lancaster or Jefferson) Schools, Monday through Thursdays from 7:45 am to 2:25 pm 

Each class is capped at 12 students and then a waitlist will be organized based on the date of pre-registration submission. 

Pre-Registration will be opened on Thursday, April 10th at 8:00 am and will close on Friday, May 30th at 3:00 pm.  Completion of the Pre-Registration does not donate a space on the 12 student roster; rather it places the student on the list which will then be finalized 

based on the response order, after which a waitlist will be created.  Families will be contacted after May 30th as to their status.
